WORKING EXPERIENCE:

 

ARTOFKINETIK ( www.artofkinetik.com) – The head of production (production manager) (October 2010 - June 2011) - Production management, coordination, management of several projects, coordination of plans and reporting on the progress of the production process, production process control. Introducing a system of quality control. Responsible for the development of new technologies in the construction of wooden yachts of 20 meters and more combined traditional and modern shipbuilding technology is fully adapted to customer requirements.

 

 


 

ELAN-MARINE – POWER DIVISION ( www.elan-marine.com )(February 2004 - June 2010) - Elan is one of the leading brands in Slovenia. From technologists over the production manager to technical director (production of 70 ships per year). Directly responsible for the results of the plan of production, product quality and human resources (at one point in the company was 130 employees). Also actively participated in the development of new projects (ships) and in the improvement (redesigned ) of old ship models and the introduction of new technologies to improve production as well as quality of the yachts.
